Our CEO is an Air Force military police veteran. He served as a combat arms instructor for most of his career and has four deployments under his belt. Since leaving the military he has worked in the security industry, running operations for local companies for several years. He is a certified NRA law enforcement firearms trainer, DPS CCW instructor, and RLD security officer trainer.

Michael Kountz

Our Chief Investigations Officer leads our Private Investigations Division, and brings over a decade's worth of industry experience to the team. He is a Certified Human Trafficking Investigator, a Certified Criminal Defense Specialist, a Certified Missing and Exploited Children Investigator, and one of the premier forensic genealogists in the state.
